Being a little outside the, um, fanfic mainstream, I must ask: Does your use of the term "slash" refer specifically to homosexual relationships, or are all relationships fair game?

Because if it's the latter, then it's my opinion that the final season of West Wing included at least one if not two instances of what I might call slash, even though it was part of the official series and not fanfic.
