I've read a few Londo/G'Kar 'fics. (Mostly one of them torturing the other in BDSM-esque kinds of ways, at various times during the show's run.)

I don't think it's necessary. The relationship was what it was. (I can buy Bester/Garibaldi torture fics better.)
