And Q x Picard, I think Q wants to be bottom, but doubt he could let down the "I'm so big and hard and omnipotent" act long enough to actually successfully bottom. Therefore, Picard, as the more emotionally developed one, takes bottom.
I almost agree with you on this, except for the fact that, in order for Picard to have sex with Q in any way that's even a little consensual, I'd see Q as having to give up at least some of the omnipotent full-of-himself-ness, or Picard would just refuse point-blank to have anything to do with him. For me, the really interesting thing about that pairing is that Picard is, basically, fucking God (only not quite), and I like to think that Picard, being Picard, is unlikely to, um, bend his knees that easily.
...I really need to go read some good Picard/Q fic now...
